On hindsight, food would have been a nice option with this red, I did not aerate or decanter this and pretty much took it out of the black plastic bag as soon as I got home and was ready to devour it.
But no.
We're civilised.
I watched the Richard Dawkins documentary "The root of all evil", and whilst an atheist debated with arrogance towards Christians, Muslims and Jews, about the unfounded factual nature of their unproven beliefs, my belief in the Shiraz was starting to germinate.
Scene change, location change, scene change, location change, then... a picture of Jesus, that was the sign. Cheers mate.
Drank this beauty over a couple of hours and half a packet of cigarettes. Interlaced with Facebook updates and watching YouTube music vids. Completely relaxed in my arm chair I welcomed oblivion and woke up the next morning with a sore neck.
This weeks goal is a bottle of the Wolfblass BLACK label.
